Payment Method
Due to limited seating capacity, Please make reservations at east a day or two in advance. Hotel pick ups from most locations, other locations price may be higher. Credit card is needed to hold reservations. Please call, fax or email to make reservations. There are NO cancellations and NO refunds. Full price per person will be charged if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the tour date (72 hours and no cancellation when tour date is between June and August). Once you are on board you have the option of paying with cash, travelers checks or credit cards.

Responsibility

Allstar Tours is only responsible to pick up and show the sights and have our regular stops outlined on our web and/or brochures and return back to the hotels they were picked up and while passengers travel on its tours during operation, acts solely as an agent for other business establishments and therefore does not assume liability for injuries, losses, delays, accidents or damages which may be occasioned by person or defect or through act or default of any other company or person engaged in transporting and rendering any person as a member of any tour, cancel or alter the tour if circumstances require it, or use leased equipment when necessary. Allstar tours is not responsible for accidents,mechanical failure that does not stop the vehicle on tour for more than two hour such as air condition, narration of tour is too laud and/or too low, flat tire or any other related incidents, traffic delays, acts of god or any other circumstances beyond our control, does not assume responsibility to provide additional transportation or refund any passenger for expense and/or taxi fairs if you are not on time to board the tour vehicle when we have stops during the tour. Meals and gratuities are not included in tour price. Allstar tours is fully insured and licensed TCP-11768.
