HollywoodTours.com is only responsible to pick up and show the sights and have our regular stops and return back to the hotels they were picked up and while passengers travel on its tours during operation, There are no cancellations and no refunds, full price per person will be charged if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the tour date (72 hours and no cancellation when tour date is between June through August). You can also pay once on board with cash, traveler's checks and/or credit cards. Ask your tour adviser for details. From time to time the duration of tour may be longer due to pick ups and drop off to hotels. Please make sure you do not schedule other engagement on the day of tour.Allstar Tours acts solely as an agent for other business establishments and therefore does not assume liability for injuries, losses, delays, accidents or damages which may be occasioned by person or defect or through act or default of any other company or person engaged in transporting and rendering any person as a member of any tour, cancel or alter the tour if circumstances require it, or use leased equipment when necessar and is not responsible for accidents, traffic and mechanical failure that does not stop the vehicle on tour for more than two hour such as flat tire or any other related incidents, traffic delays, acts of god or any other circumstances beyond our control, does not assume responsibility to provide additional transportation or refund any passenger for expense and/or taxi fares if you are not on time to board the tour vehicle when we have stops during the tour. Meals and gratuities are not included in tour price.
